Lupin is on the hunt for the lost treasure of Harimaou, a World War II-era boot collection worth billions of dollars. However, as he tries to scam a retired English spy, Sir Archer, into revealing the treasure's hiding place, Archer also starts searching for it. Now, Lupin must team up with his original target to defeat a more sinister enemy who wants the treasure for himself. And, of course, Zenigata is also hot on their heels.
